The brief
We built Brewline to prove the full POS + Inventory stack for a typical PH coffee shop — multi-cashier register, shift open/close with cash count, item-level inventory with raw materials and low-stock signals, sales analytics across day/month/quarter/year, and a financial overview that ties sales to profit. Goal: show a small operator can run their entire counter + back-office on one system — no Loyverse, no Excel, no juggling.
What we built
A full-stack POS + Inventory system: shift management with cash-count reconciliation, product catalog with raw-materials tracking + reorder thresholds, register flow with discounts and split payments, hourly/daily/monthly/quarterly/yearly sales analytics with profit margins, customer database, supplier management, purchase-order workflow, expense tracking by category, fast/slow-moving product reports, and role-based access (cashier vs admin).
