Things people ask before they book.

What if my budget is below ₱40,000?

We'll be honest if your need fits a different scope. Below the website floor, we can scope per-task work (specific pages, fixes, integrations) without a full project commitment — pay for what you need, no minimums. Better to under-promise than push you into something that doesn't fit.

What if I don't like the design once we start?

Milestone 1 is the design + scope approval gate. You sign off on the direction BEFORE we go to Milestone 2 (where the bulk of build work happens). No "we already built it" surprises.

Can I update content myself after launch?

Depends on the system. POS + Inventory systems include a full admin panel — you manage products, prices, inventory, staff, and reports yourself. Marketing websites and online stores typically have content stored in code; updates go through us via the retainer or as one-off tasks. If you need self-serve content updates on a website or store, we can build a custom CMS as an add-on — we'll scope it during the discovery call.

What if I want to take the project elsewhere later?

Full ownership transfer. (1) GitHub repo transferred to your account or organization. (2) Vercel project ownership transferred so you own hosting + custom domain. (3) Handover document covering deployment steps, environment variables, and how to run locally. (4) You re-register third-party services (Stripe, Supabase, etc.) in your own name so nothing is tied to our accounts. Standard tech stack (Next.js, common databases) means any web dev can pick it up later. No platform lock-in.

I'm not technical — is that a problem?

No. We handle everything technical. You make business decisions, we translate them into code. Training + ongoing async support means you're never stuck. Most of our clients aren't developers.

How do ongoing changes work after launch?

Three options. (1) Pay-per-task — we quote per request. (2) Monthly retainer — Lite / Standard / Active tiers (see Approach → After launch). (3) DIY using the admin panel + your own dev if you have one.

What payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer (UnionBank), GCash, and Wise for international clients. Invoice issued for each milestone. Official receipt provided within 2 business days of payment confirmation. Specific account details shared once the Service Agreement is signed.

Do you work with international clients?

Yes — pricing can be quoted in PHP or USD. Most clients are PH-based but we've shipped for international clients too. Time zone overlap is the main scheduling consideration.
