Acceptance

By accessing this website (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

What we offer

The Site provides information about Voli Business Systems's services, showcases our work, and lets you request a consultation. Submitting a lead via the engagement modal or contact form starts a conversation — it does not create a binding service agreement. Any paid engagement requires a separate signed Service Agreement.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the authorized decision-maker (or representative) for any business or organization on whose behalf you're inquiring.

Your conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information
• Use the Site to harass, spam, or harm others
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy Site content for competing purposes
• Attempt to access non-public areas of the Site (e.g., the owner dashboard)

Intellectual property

The Site's design, code, copy, and visual identity are owned by Voli Business Systems. Showcased portfolio sites belong to their respective owners (or to us, in the case of first-party builds). You may not copy, reuse, or redistribute Site content without written permission.

Demos and showcased work

The portfolio shown on the Site is our own first-party work, built to demonstrate specific capabilities. Demo data is illustrative — not representative of any specific client's actual data or operations.

Disclaimers

• The Site is provided “as-is” with no warranties, express or implied
• Demos may go offline or behave unexpectedly without notice
• Information may be inaccurate — verify before relying on it for business decisions
• Submitting a lead doesn't obligate us to take you on as a client; we reserve the right to decline engagements

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voli Business Systems is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to ₱5,000.

Service engagements

Any paid work requires a separate signed Service Agreement that defines scope, fees, timeline, deliverables, intellectual property transfer, and termination. The Site itself is not a contract.

Termination

We may suspend or restrict access to the Site at any time without notice if you violate these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by Philippine law. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Metro Manila.

Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
